Execuline has launched a Vehicle Inspection Company trading as MVI.
With effect from July 2009 all used vehicles (incl. demo models) placed on cover in the Greater Johannesburg area will have an MVI completed.
Client Benefits:
An A5 client pack will be handed to the client, which includes:
- Policy Wording and Quotation schedule.
- Execuline Assist brochure, card and pen.
- DO NOT TOW and License sticker.
- PG Glass plasters for windscreen chips.
- Copy of the completed MVI certificate.
Broker Benefits:
Execuline Roadside Assistance will be explained to the client emphasizing the procedure if a claim should occur.
A Copy of the MVI report will be forwarded to you that will note:
- MM coding to confirm model and for broker to check the Sum Insured avoiding over or under insurance at time of claim.
- Extra’s will be listed and noted on the schedule.
- Vehicle Damages will be noted. Where there is severe damage, cover will be excluded.
- Policy wording will be given directly to the client avoiding A5 postage costs.
Procedure:
- When a vehicle is placed on cover the client will be contacted within 3 days to set up an appointment for the inspection either at their home or their place of work.
- The inspection will be completed and sent to the underwriters who will then forward the MVI to the broker and discuss any amendments that may be required from the quotation requested.
- Should there be damage a copy of the photograph will also be forwarded and the schedule endorsed.
