It has recently come to our attention that Windscreen Direct is making use of the Grandmark Glass product in its marketing material to the insurance industry. We are in the process of asking them to remove any mention of the Grandmark product in all of the marketing materials as well as their website.
We would just like to clarify that Grandmark is not a supplier to Windscreen Direct of any of our glass products. Unlike Windscreen Direct, we would not subscribe to the motto that Glass is Glass. Although all glass is governed by an universal set of safety standards and manufacturing processes, it is the little nuances that make a difference. Being involved in the automotive glass industry for the past 15 years means we have product experience to understand these difference as well as being well equipped to provide a vertically integrated service solution to the insurance industry. The responsibility from our product to our service delivery to our fitment quality begins and ends with us and this is an integral part of our value proposition. At Grandmark, you always know what you are getting in terms of our products and our services.
If there are any questions or anybody needs further clarification, please contact myself. As mentioned, we are in the process of asking Windscreen Direct to remove any mention of an affiliation with Grandmark.
