Mazda 3 Accident
The insured was driving on the N1 north at eleven o'clock at night when she passed a third party vehicle. This same vehicle then came speeding up from behind whilst she was attemting to overtake another vehicle. This vehicle then collided with the vehicle being overtaken with such force that our clients vehicle was hit causing it to roll a number of times.
To make matters worse, the driver that caused the accident ran away from the scene of teh accident. This SAP found him at a petrol station not far from the scene of the accident having a nap!
Thankfully our insured driver was not seriously insured.
