Jeep Cherokee Accident
The insured was travelling on a tar road using the cruise control. However, the road surface changed to gravel and the cruise control was not disengaged. This resulted in the insured losing control and the vehicle rolled.
Please remember to exercise caution when driving on gravel roads even with your 4x4 vehicle!
